Our company designs, builds, and installs robotic tools that clean residuals and strip linings from the interiors of rail tank cars and tanker trucks. The stripping robotic tools use ultra-high pressure water to remove linings and adhesives. The cleaning tools use high pressure water spray to remove more resistant commodity residuals from tank interiors.
Our first unit used ultra-high pressure water to remove linings from rail tank cars. It was placed into service in 1996 and continues operation today. Since then, we have improved the design of the stripping tools and designed the cleaning tools that eliminate the need for personnel entry into confined spaces.
